Second Wind (a group of video game journalists who escaped corporate exploitation at The Escapist and started their own channel instead) is struggling because of YouTube’s new AI system classifying their videos as “mature content”

I’ve been watching their videos almost since they started and they’re one of my favorite YouTube channels. I also really want them to succeed just to drive home that it’s possible for creatives to exist independent of corporate exploitation

so to try to make up for their lost views I just wanted to plug their channel in case anyone is interested in watching videos about game design, reviews for new games, etc.

Someone shares beautifiul moss, or their cat, I'm in on the beauty or fun or whatever. I'm now 62, and this is the first time I entered a community and a culture where people grant me this kind of access and community. So grateful for people who do alt text.
