Preparation is important. Think about what you want to convey, and the atmosphere you are going for. This decides the pose(s) but also the lighting, environment, props etc. you want to use.

Use a bluetooth clicker, and take many photos. Select the best ones later.

Hiding parts of your body (with clothing, props, hands) tells as much a story as showing parts. Experiment!

Make poses you feel confident in. Those feel less forced, more natural. Enjoy the process, and others will see that too. ☺️

also omg interesting! I didn’t even know that (x**y)**z could be simplified to x**(y*z). but I think that makes sense because

(2**2)**2 =
(2 * 2)**2 =
(2 * 2) * (2 * 2) =
2**4

and in general (x**y)**z means multiply x by itself y times, then multiply that value by itself z times. so that is just multiplying the exponents

hm I guess that means that x**y * x**z = x**(y+z). interesting that multiplication gets “downgraded” to addition and exponentiation gets “downgraded” to multiplication
