Today got away from me, so I am just now getting to this. I want folks, regardless of their employment status, to remember the following facts.

1. Rest is a right, not a reward.
2. Our value is independent of our work status and productivity.
3. Our identity transcends what we do to sustain ourselves financially.
4. No cavalry is coming. All we got is each other, so it is imperative we treat each other with love and care.
