" @kirakira@furry.engineer i would say my cardiology appointment was a complete waste since the doctor said “yeah i dont know why they sent you to me, i’m almost certain you have pots. i’m referring you to an EP”
but the cute cardiac nurse said i was the prettiest person she’d seen in a while so who can say
This is your regular reminder that passing is a cursed concept. Being unnoticeable won't make you socially acceptable. It'll just mean that they don't know that they hate you.
Also, It's unattainable or undesired for many and shouldn't be expected of anyone. The moment we make passing a goal for our community or a benchmark for transness, we've lost. We're not free until all of us are free.
But also, for those who can/do, it can be useful and provide some level of safety. We shouldn't begrudge anyone that. All of us deserve to be able to live our lives in peace. If being mostly unnoticed is how you accomplish that, who am I to say differently?
i don’t know what happened but ever since i spent like, a full week girlrotting in bed from severe depression, i’ve just been able to understand music again??? so i’ve been writing little things and i kinda love it
i dont care about computers or technology i just want to make art !!!
working for a company with a pretty consistent 40-hour work week: ughhhh this is so draining i feel like i’m working my life away. i don’t have any energy even on my days off
working for yourself: if i keep skipping breakfast and dinner and work 9 days a week i can probably make enough money for a plane ticket to see my friends next month
i imagine not invented here developers in the 1910s would’ve come up to me like “check out this flying machine i made, it’s powered by carbon monoxide and wishful thinking”
i made a dialogue system for the bevy game i’m working on, i wonder if i should publish it somewhere. i think yarn spinner has a bevy port but
chat is it normal to repeat the signalis ost for 3 days in a row
i’m not the only one that like goes into heat after a bad depressive episode right
