my doctor decided that titration is for cowards and started me on a pretty high dose which was probably not a very good idea

@rowan yep, got the fuck off it, which helped a lot. didn't help that like, I wanted to explore the schizobrain, and not like hide from it, and the quetiapine was enabling the latter

@rowan I hated being on it, it always made me so fucking sleepy all day

which was extra terrible because I had to get up very early for job training and vocational school at the time (sometimes having to leave home at 5:30 to arrive at school at 7:30), so I was sleep deprived to begin with.

@LunaDragofelis ugh, yeah. i was on ir and took it before bed which was nice for knocking me out, but i was groggy all day the next day. glad you’re not on it anymore 💜
