@eclairwolf yeah it’s actually kinda silly how expensive shit is now. they haven’t made any substantial improvements on the design but all electric kettles are like twice the price they used to be now lmao

update: i'm pretty sure this is a blown fuse. found a youtube repair guide that says to use a 1a fuse for it (which seems, idk, wrong to me, considering this has a 1kw heating element?)

anyways time to crack it open and look at what the actual number is

refuse to make this perfectly good kettle into ewaste without at least a tiny attempt to make it work again
