I just had an evil idea lol. so I live in a white suburban American neighborhood which is full of deeply suspicious Christians. it’s even a “gated community”

so for Halloween this year I’m going to find an ornate glass bowl (I’m sure there’s one somewhere in this hoarder house) and put it on this altar cloth that I just ordered

and then I’m going to decorate the whole thing with (fake, electric) candles, fill the bowl with candy, and put it all outside for trick-or-treaters

unfortunately some of the effect will be lost because the families in this neighborhood start trick-or-treating at 5pm 🤦‍♀️
