fun fact: every game on Steam that lets you play as a cute anime girl also has kernel-level anti-cheat that runs at boot
(this might be a slight exaggeration but fuck if I’m not noticing a trend. I’m specifically thinking of every MiHoYo game and also PvP games like Fate Trigger)

anime girls must have some ancient curse that ruins any game they’re part of
(I just tried Stellar Blade earlier today and wasn’t able to enjoy it at all. I can’t believe there are still unskippable cutscenes in 2025. I actually came kinda close to liking AI Limit though, but unfortunately it’s the new, twitchy style of soulslike instead of the older slower kind that I like)
