does anybody know of good tools for making backups of online fiction that I like? reddit posts and other internet fiction things like that

ideally something that doesn’t save too much of the webpage (like images or javascript or CSS or other things that could break during the saving process) but just boils it down to maybe a markdown file or some really basic HTML that I can read offline
