• in New Vegas the three factions are fascists, American soldiers, and ruthless capitalists
• in Elite: Dangerous the three factions are fascists, ruthless American capitalists, and the Federation from Star Trek
• in PlanetSide 2 the three factions are American fascists, freedom-fighters, and Raëlians

also either one of the factions will obviously be the good guys, or all of the factions will kinda seem like bad guys

also Eclipse Phase has ruthless capitalists (only some of which are American-coded), fascists, and anarchists
