I want a PvP shooter equivalent of Mario Kart Balloon Battle tbh. like you run around a colorful arena and collect RNG powerups and it’s all very lighthearted and it’s not designed to be balanced or fair whatsoever. in fact the better you’re doing, the worse powerups you get. some of the powerups are brokenly strong and some of them require extreme amounts of skill to be viable at all. that sounds perfect

Counter Strike’s Gun Game is kinda like this, come to think of it. I’d love a whole game that’s full of little minigames like Gun Game. like the Mario Party of the FPS world
