third day in a row I've had to spend 18+ hours in bed mostly asleep

whatever illness my roommates brought home to me wasn't covid (according to 2 tests) and only inflamed a narrow ring at the back of my mouth, but it feels like I've gone down another notch towards being bedridden...

I had a call with a partner yesterday and had to hang up after 30ish minutes because even talking was too much strain
