Anyone in here who stopped taking SSRIs and had "Brain zaps" for several days?

@Soblow ugh yes. they’re annoying and kind of concerning tbh but they do go away eventually

@Soblow I didn't stop but lowered my dosage and I've had them for about 2 weeks now. Usually it only happened when I forgot to take it for one day.
