I may have gotten a little carried away installing demos

if I like any of them, I’ll hopefully remember to post about that here! I’m especially excited to try Fellowship and White Knuckle

okay so quick update! I really really liked the White Knuckle demo. I think it’s a fantastic concept for a game and mechanically it’s already perfect. there are some small bits of polish that I’d love to see it get, but it’s honestly already so so good. I would love to play it once the full game is released

and here are a few games that IMO have a lot of potential, but are pretty rough around the edges in their current state:

• Metro Gravity (it’s Pseudoregalia except with rhythm-based combat! but the difficulty is massively overtuned right now)
• Demon Dust (it’s a really good and innovative idea for a survival-horror game! but the level design is mazelike and the map is really bad)
• Tessera (it’s a really cool idea for a jigsaw puzzle game! but the UI needs some work)

three demos left to try! one of these isn’t a #NextFest demo but just something I’ve been meaning to try for a while anyway

also I wanted to say that Jitter looks really really fun if you’re an autistic scifi nerd like me. definitely recommend giving the demo a try
